What I collect

If you contact Juicy Lab through the consultation form or by email, I may receive your name, email address, business type, project preferences, message, timeline, selected priorities and any files you choose to upload, such as a menu, logo, brief or screenshot.

Why I use it

I use this information only to respond to your enquiry, understand the project, prepare a proposal, communicate about work you ask me to do, and keep necessary business records.

Legal basis

For enquiries, the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where I must keep records for tax or legal reasons, processing may also be necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

How long I keep it

Enquiry information that does not lead to a project will not be kept longer than reasonably necessary for follow-up. If we work together, relevant correspondence, invoices and project records may be retained for the periods required for business and tax administration.

Files you upload

Files sent through the consultation form are used only to assess or carry out the project you contacted me about. Please do not upload sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your enquiry.

Who receives your data?

Juicy Lab does not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by service providers used to run the website, email or enquiry form where necessary. Once the final form-delivery provider is connected, this policy will be updated to identify that provider where appropriate.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use advertising or behavioural tracking. If analytics or other cookies are added later, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before they are enabled.

Your rights

Under applicable data-protection law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, or request a copy of your data where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.
